Chief Engineer	Chief Engineer	၁ ဦး
Plan, organize and manage the construction and operation of project. Analyse reports, maps, drawings, tests for all civil/structural issues. Study, evaluate and report on the environmental implications of projects if any Determine construction methods, materials and quality standards Calculate cost and determine feasibility of project based on analysis of collected data Interpret specifications, drawing, plan, construction methods and procedures Administer contracts and verify and certify satisfactory completion Establish detailed programs for the coordination of site activities Set up work control systems to ensure that standards of performance, quality, cost and safety are met Consult with other stakeholders like Archi, Structural engineer, MEP designer, Sub- contractors and team members Research, investigate and evaluate materials, processes or systems related to civil engineering work Supervise testing and commissioning of completed work Inspect construction site to monitor progress and ensure conformance to engineering plan, specification and construction and safety standards Attended co-ordination, safety, weekly meetings and in house safety training Verify all quantities by sub-contractors claims and assist to Quantity Surveyor Control and monitoring of all construction machineries – duty, scope and quality of work including fuel consumption control as daily basis Monitored and updated reports, site records Shall be comply with company QA/QC Documentation System Report to Lead Engineer / Project Manager If senior position, coaching and monitoring to subordinate Team work, positive attitude, can do spirit shall be applied at all time
Contract Manager	Contract Manager	၁ ဦး
Job Scope Understand and agree with Company Policy, Vision and Missions Lead all the QS and form a good QS and Contract Team Overall responsibility of QS Calculations, Contracting and Payment matters Estimate calculations, establish contract library and contract specifications, making the Variation Orders, Verifying and keeping track records of BoQs for all projects as per progress. Develop and setup the Cost-Code system Strong ability of Document controlling (Softcopy) in server To improve the skills of the Junior QS and QS person in the team by sharing and caring as a leader Personality S M A R T, Honest and have certain leadership skill Able to communicate smoothly and in good manner and have pleasant personality Good teamleader who can role-play as a team member as well with strong listening ear. Self-motivated person, who can work independantly and along with the rythem of Management team. Education Background Minimum: Bachelor Degree of Engineering or Management Working Experience Background At least 3 years of experience in the Contract Management field, when working as QS for more than 5 years. QS and Contract related computer software skills required Ability to contribute and teach team-members for QS and Contract matters Roles & Responsibility Site Visiting as required by the work nature Work together with Admin Department (Purchasing) for QS matters Work together with other Management person in a team for Contracting matters. Negotiation with Clients, Architect, MEP Designer, Structure Engineer, Site in-charges etc., when required Study the Architectural, Civil & Structure and Landscaping Drawings for quantity surveying purpose. Study and understand the Electrical and Mechanical Drawings for co-operation of quantity surveying works. Lead the quotation internal review, and make quotation revisions when required Actual cost estimate calculation for internal review and comparison with pricing for Client Responsible for Weekly and Monthly Site Bills exercise together with Finance Department Contractors and Suppliers payment verification and recording against contract amount Responsible for Weekly Payments checking and approval of Contractors & Suppliers Preparation of VO for additional works Prepare Claim/Invoices attached with Progress Photos After handover to client, prepare the final claim/ VO & photo to client. Attend weekly operation meetings and any other appointed meetings Lead the reports preparation as reports are required to be submitted in time Accountability The accuracy of estimated amount and BQ to not defer from the work references and work nature Reporting Lines Supervision to provide to- Junior QS, QS, Senior QS Direct Lines- EMC, DGM, ED Senior Management- ED, MD
